Refund Policy:
We offer a 14 day money back guarantee on almost every product we offer. Please email team@7amenfant.com in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 14 days of purchase date. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise. Refunds can only be processed for items purchased directly from 7AMenfant.com. Products purchased at store or through an online retailer (not 7AMenfant.com) are subject to the respective return and refund policy of the original purchase location.

Return Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied you may return your items within 14 days for a complete refund, less the shipping cost, and a $5 restocking fee.

Please complete and email the 7 A.M.® Enfant RMA Form along with copy of the purchase invoice to team@7amenfant.com. We will send you shortly the 7 A.M.® Enfant RMA # and process your request.

Returns can only be processed for items purchased from 7AMenfant.com. Items purchased through independent retailers must be returned to the original retail location.Products purchased at store or through an online retailer (not 7AMenfant.com) are subject to the respective return and refund policy of the original purchase location.

If the items were purchased with a free shipping promotion the amount of shipment will be deducted for the amount.

All items must be returned in its original condition, never used, with all tags attached and original packaging.

If you would prefer to replace your merchandise:
Please complete and email the 7 A.M.® Enfant RMA Form along with copy of the purchase invoice to team@7amenfant.com. Purchase separately your new item. We will send you shortly the 7 A.M.® Enfant RMA # and process your request. Exchanges can only be processed for items purchased from 7AMenfant.com. Items purchased through independent retailers must be returned to the original retail location.

ALL SALES ON OUTLET AND SALES ITEMS ARE FINAL. No return, exchange or credit for any item from the outlet section

Use of Promotions, Discounts Coupons etc, cannot be canceled for any reason, but can be replaced by another color or item.

Holiday Returns and Exchanges:

Gifts purchased for a December holiday may be returned by the original customer on or before January 31st of the following year. Holiday gift returns are subject to the same shipping and restocking fees as standard returns. Gift refunds can only be processed for the original purchasing customer using the original form of payment (credit card or PayPal).

Gifts received during the December holiday period may be exchanged by the individual who received the gift on or before January 31st of the following year. An original proof of purchase is required to process all holiday exchanges. Holiday gift exchanges are subject to the same shipping and restocking fees as standard exchanges.

International Duties & Tariffs: 

International customers are responsible for local tariffs and duties on goods imported to countries outside of the United States. This value will be determined by the customs authority in the importing country and is not controlled by 7AM Enfant. Shipping charges for refused orders cannot be refunded and the customer will be subject to a $5 restocking fee.

One Year Limited Warranty:
When we use the terms “we,” “us” and “our,” we are referring to the Company, and when we use the terms “you” and “your” we mean the original end-user customer.

All 7 A.M.® Enfant products are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and intended use for a period of one year from the date of your purchase. Should a defect occur, send your name, address, phone number, defect pictures, proof of purchase and detailed description of the damage to info@7amenfant.com attn. Customer Service, subject: Warranty.

NO REQUEST will be taken into consideration without valid proof of purchase.

Replacement/Credit
If our product fails to meet our limited warranty during the warranty period, we will, at our option, repair or replace the product free of charge.

What Our Limited Warranty Does Not Cover:
We offer this limited warranty only when the product is used by the original end-user customer. We offer no other warranty. Additionally, while our warranty is excellent, there are other limits to it. We offer NO WARRANTY in cases of tear, washing and drying machine tears, normal wear, accidents, misuse, damage in transit while on stroller and/or car-seat due to inadequate care or neglect such as being trailed on the floor, torn fabric from the wheels and other unforeseen or unexplained accidents There is NO WARRANTY for abuse, abnormal use, damage due to environmental or natural elements, improper storage of the products, or improper service or causes not arising out of defects in materials and workmanship.
